Can I change my order?

We understand that mistakes can happen or if you change your mind. Please email us at Info@NoNetz.com as soon as you can. No guarantees that we can update your order before it is sent to you (since our shipping team is pretty efficient) although we will give it our best shot to pull the order and make the requested change before we ship it to you.

If it does ship with the wrong item, we will place a note in your order to not charge a restocking fee.
